When entering Hong Kong, you must get off the car with your luggage and reboard after passing through immigration.

How to pay?

Not all taxi drivers accept credit cards. We therefore recommend either downloading the Alipay app and linking your credit card or withdrawing cash at the airport.

The drivers picking up guests at Hong Kong Airport will be paid by the company.

Information on using a taxi:

From Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) to the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen (Futian District), the distance is approximately 33 km (20.5 miles).

A taxi typically costs:

CNY 100–130

Travel time: around 25 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you take a taxi from the airport:

Use the official taxi rank.

Avoid drivers who approach you directly inside the arrivals hall.

Have the hotel name and address in Chinese ready, as some drivers may not speak English.
